THEBES, Ill. -- James Chester Elliott Jr., 58, formerly of Mississippi County, Mo., died at 6:30 a.m. June 19, 2006, at the VA Medical Center in Marion.
Arrangements are incomplete at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, Mo.
