BERNIE -- Wenzil Dean Crow, 67, died June 18, 2006, at his home in Bernie.
Born Aug. 9, 1938, in Bernie, son of Ruby Leona Creg Crow and the late Wenzil Crow, he was a farmer and member of the First Baptist Church of Dexter. A member of the Bernie Masonic Lodge 573, he also belonged to the Holiday Rambler RV Club.
On Dec. 9, 1960, at Bethany Church in rural Campbell, he married Shirley M. King, who survives of the home in Bernie.
Survivors in addition to his wife and mother include: three sons, Grover Craig Crow of Kennett, Bryan Kirk Crow of Memphis, Tenn. and Bradley Dean Crow of Columbia; three brothers, David Edward Crow, Larry Keith Crow and Darrell Duane Crow, all of Dexter; two sisters, Leona Lois Griffin of Dexter and Linda Sue Smothers of Bloomfield; and seven grandchildren.
One daughter, Deana Kay Crow Garrett, preceded him in death.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, with a Masonic Service being conducted at 6:30 p.m. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Wood officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
