MINER - A Miner resident remains in jail today on charges of sodomy involving a child.
Darrin Skinner, a captain with the Miner Police Department reported that about 5:20 p.m. Aug. 3, officers responded to a report of an unattended child at a Miner residence. Investigation by officers revealed allegations of sodomy involving a 4-year-old child.
Christopher Perigo, 32, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and first degree statutory sodomy. He is currently being held in the Scott County Jail in lieu of $155,000 bond.
