Ruby Marler

Born Jan. 27, 1918, in Oran, daughter of the late Sam and Bell Storey, she lived in Wappapello until 1988 when she moved to Portageville.

On Oct. 1, 1943, she married Clarence Edward Marler who preceded her in death on June 16, 1990.

One infant child also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Becky Marler of Portageville; one sister, Verla Coffel of Holcomb; and one granddaughter, Kelly Ellis of Portageville.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico until graveside services at 11 a.m. at the Wappapello Cemetery. The Rev. John Keel of Hayti will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Wappapello Cemetery.
