SIKESTON - Cecil Shelby, 88, died at 10:45 p.m. Sept. 7, 2006, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday.
