Karen Vaughn

CANALOU - Karen Elaine Vaughn, 54, died Aug. 4, 2007 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born Sept. 22, 1952 in Poplar Bluff, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Tucker. She was of the General Baptist belief and a licensed practical nurse. She worked as a scrub nurse for Missouri Delta Medical Center.

On Sept. 14, 1989, she married William Vaughn, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one stepson, Henry Allen Vaughn of Poplar Bluff; one sister, Charla Myers of Jackson; five sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, one sister-in-law preceded her in Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Ponder Funeral Home.
