SIKESTON -Maeola Conley, 95, died July 16, 2006, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston.
Born Dec. 5, 1910, in Louisville, Ky., daughter of the late Charles and Louvella Hazel Tucker, she was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Sikeston.
In 1930, she married Palmer Rue Conley, who preceded her in death on Oct. 9, 1969.
One son, Billy Charles Conley and one granddaughter, Tammy June Conley also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two sons, Bobby Rue Conley of Sikeston and James Ray Conley of Joppa, Ill.; two daughters, Ruth Ann Little and Martha Kay Little, both of Sikeston; one brother, Ted Tucker of Sikeston; two sisters, Lora Douglas of East Prairie and Mildred Ross of Crown Point, Ind.; and nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston. The Rev. Mike Quillman, former pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church, will officiate.
