ARLINGTON, Ky. - Linda Faye Wicker, 62, formerly of Mississippi County, Mo., died at 8:25 p.m. Nov. 25, 2006, at the Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
Born May 6, 1944, in Butler County, Mo., to the late Frederick and Ethel Webb Coble, she lived in Mississippi County most of her life. She had lived in Arlington the past 18 years where she was employed at the D & D Convenience Store and held a degree in culinary arts.
On June 24, 1985, she married Doyle Wicker who preceded her in death on April 15, 1995.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Larry Clark.
Survivors include: three sons, Olin Clark of Sikeston, Mo.; Doyle Wicker III of Arlington and Terry Clark of Pass Christian Miss.; one daughter, Susan Clark of Sikeston; three brothers, George Coble of Clarksville, Tenn., Albert Coble of Anniston, Ala. and William Coble of Springfield, Mo.; three sisters, Ann Payne of Springfield, Dorothy Thurman of Potosi, Mo. and Lois Sellers of Anchorage, Alaska; and nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 1 p.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. Wednesday at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Ray Thurman of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Sikeston will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
Pallbearers will be: Olin Clark, Doyle Wicker III, Lance Clark, James Knupp, Steve McClanahan and Bruce Penrod.
