Johnnie Beck

PARMA -- Johnnie Lucille Beck, 72, died March 17, 2008, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born June 24, 1935, in Dalton, Ga., to the late Perlie Lee and Arnold Holland, she had lived in Missouri for over 30 years. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Powerhouse Baptist Church of Parma and a member of the Order of Eastern Star.

She married William "Billy" Beck who preceded her in death on Sept. 25, 2002.

Survivors include: one son, Danny R. Beck of the home; one foster daughter, Deanna Boozer Cohen of Carbondale, Ill.; one adopted daughter, Bertha Roberson of Lilbourn; and one sister, Kerlene Moncrief of Malden.

Visitation is scheduled from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the Williams Funeral Home in Howardville. Services will be conducted at the Willis Funeral Home in Dalton.

Burial will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery in Tennessee.
