Building under way

A city of Sikeston Public Works employee spreads gravel for the concrete pad for the skateboard park at the Sports Complex Monday morning.

The park will be located southeast of the southeast softball field at the corner of Stephens and Campanella Drive.

The 30-foot x 80-foot concrete pad will house the five pieces of equipment for the skatepark.
