One in custody for sexual misconduct

CARUTHERSVILLE -- A Caruthersville man is in custody on charges of sexual misconduct with a child under the age of 12.

At approximately 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Caruthersville Police arrested the man on three counts of sexual misconduct, according to a news release issued by City Marshal Chris Riggs. The man's name is being withheld pending the formal filing of charges.
