MARSTON - Huey Allen Crumley, 86, died July 26, 2008, at his home in Marston.
Born Aug. 22, 1921, in Lawrenceburg, Tenn., to the late Carrie Mae Nelson Crumley and Christopher Columbus Crumley, he was a member of the JY Church of God.
On Feb. 3, 1940, in Portageville, he was married to Mary Doris, who preceded him in death on July 2, 1996.
Also preceding him in death were one son Jackie Crumley; three brothers, Howard Crumley, Elmer Crumley and Dallas Crumley; and one sister, Willie Mae Crumley.
Survivors include: two sons, Jimmie Crumley of Spencer, Ind., and James Crumley of Ellisville; two daughters, Carol Penrod of Portageville and Paulette Combs of Bradleyville; one brother, Donald Gene Crumley of Hayti; four sisters, Leora Curtis of Stanley, Christine of Kennett, Irene of St. Louis and Opal Hardesty of Spencer; and 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today at the DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Danny Stephens will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Combs, Bradley Combs, Matthew Crumley, Adam Crumley, Burton Crumley, Shawn Penrod and Earnest Penrod Jr.
