Photographer dies Sunday

SIKESTON -- Standard Democrat photographer Tim Jaynes, 38, passed away suddenly at his home Sunday.

Jaynes, who had been a photographer for the Standard Democrat since 1989, was also an active member with the Sikeston Jaycees.

He leaves behind a wife, two young children and many family and friends.

A scholarship is being established in his name.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel.
