JEFFERSON CITY -- Rebecca Low and Eric Matney were united in marriage during a 3:30 p.m. ceremony May 3, 2008, at Antioch Methodist Church in Springfield. The Rev. Kevin Cowley officiated.

Parents of the couple are Johnny and Bonnie Low of West Plains and Dennis and Rhonda Matney of Poplar Bluff.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her bridesmaids were Kristen Hovey and Jennifer Low of West Plains. Flower girl was Montana Watson, daughter of Doug and Heather Watson of Sikeston.

Groomsmen were Tim Bixler of Columbia and Doug Grojean of Sikeston. Ringbearer was Riley Watson, son of Doug and Heather Watson of Sikeston.

Tyler Schmitt of West Plains and Doug Watson were ushers.

A reception was held at Lamplighter Inn in Springfield.

A 1998 graduate of West Plains High School and a 2002 graduate of Missouri State University, Mrs. Matney is employed by Missouri Department of Conservation.

Matney is a 1998 graduate of Sikeston High School and is self-employed in construction and floor covering.

Following a honeymoon to Big Cedar Lodge in Branson, the new Mr. and Mrs. Matney are making their home in Jefferson City.
