BELGRADE -- Kenny Daniel Ingram, 62, formerly of Mississippi County, died at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 6, 2008, in the John Cochran Veterans Hospital in St. Louis.
Born July 14, 1946, in West Helena, Ark., to the late Richard and Blanche Haley Ingram, he was a retired convenience store manager. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served in the United States Army.
Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Kim Ingram and Daryl and Amy Ingram of Memphis Tenn.; one daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Chris Kramer of Memphis; his life partner, James Bates of Belgrade; three brothers, Jim Ingram of Wickliffe, Ky., Gene Ingram of Palo Alto, Calif. and Ralph Ingram of Austin, Texas; six sisters, Sandra Henry and Judy Worthy of East Prairie, Betty Childers of Sikeston, Peggy Reed and Linda McNair of West Memphis, Ark. and Sheila Holder of Bartlett, Tenn.; and seven grandchildren.
One brother and two sisters preceded him in death.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday. Buddy Hannah will officiate.
Burial will follow in the East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
