SCOTT CITY -- Edna W. McCulley, 75, died at 5:45 a.m. Aug. 10, 2008, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born June 7, 1933, in Portageville, to the late Joe and Jeffie Gaines Robinson, she was employed as a custodian for Drury Southwest and was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Scott City.
On Oct. 21, 1949, she married Mitchell Garland Kiplinger who preceded her in death on Dec. 26, 1973. On Nov. 1, 1975, she married James McCulley who died on Jan. 21, 1997.
She was also preceded in death by one son, three brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include: five sons, Sammy Kiplinger of Granada Hills, Calif., Bruce Kiplinger and Aubrey Kiplinger of Kennett, Mike Kiplinger of Crystal City and Randy Kiplinger of Scott City; one daughter, Mary Houston of Ottawa, Kan.; two brothers, Vester Robinson and Gay Robinson of Portageville; one grandchild, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; and a special friend, Buford Conder.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City where services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Darren Larkin officiating.
Burial will follow in the Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
