Mary Jo Blankenship

FRIENDSVILLE, Tenn. -- Mary Jo Blankenship, 35, died Aug. 16, 2008, at Blount Memorial Hospital.

The daughter of Garry and Karen Waldron of Greenback, she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

She married David Blankenship who survives.

Other survivors include: one daughter, Lauren Emily Blankenship; one son, Alexander Davis Blankenship; her grandparents, Davis and Shirley Kelso of Greenback; one brother, John Waldron of Knoxville; and one sister and brother-in-law, Christina and Shinlever of Maryville.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Billie Waldron.

Visitation is scheduled from 6 p.m. until time of services at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Calvary Baptist Church. The Rev. Danny Davis and Dr. Mark Grubb will officiate.

Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
