Bock appointed as public administrator

JEFFERSON CITY-- Gov. Matt Blunt has appointed H. Riley Bock (D) as the public administrator for New Madrid County.

Bock, 56 of New Madrid, operates a civil law practice. He holds a bachelor's degree in education and a juris doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Bock replaces Nancy Pardon, who resigned.
