Visitors to the Delta Center 47th Annual Field Day on Tuesday in Portageville, listen as Dr. Earl Vories explains how to predict the suitability of fields for rainfed corn production. The cotton and corn tour was one of four offered through the daylong agriculture event, which had a theme this year of "Agriculture for the 21st Century."
