Karen Fitzpatrick-Blake

COLUMBIA -- Karen Fitzpatrick-Blake, 51, formerly of Oran, died at 12:10 a.m. Sept. 12, 2008, at her home.

Born April 14, 1957, at Bernie, to the late Leonard Williams and Ruby Jane Stacy Fitzpatrick, she was a homemaker.

Survivors include: one son, Josh Fitzpatrick of Columbia; four brothers, Jerry Fitzpatrick of Van Buren, Ark., Billy Fitzpatrick of Atlanta, Dennis Fitzpatrick of Cape Girardeau and Dale Fitzpatrick of Essex; and two sisters, Sylvia Fitzpatrick of Atlanta and Sharon Fitzpatrick of Columbia.

Services were conducted today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. The Rev. Steve Fitzpatrick officiated.

Burial followed in the Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
