The tournament was comprised of players from Sikeston, Charleston, Fredericktown and Kennett with eight singles players (two from each team) and eight doubles teams (two from each team) making up each bracket.

Sikeston's Jacarra Lampkin fared well for the Lady Bulldogs, outlasting Fredericktown's Samantha Pinkley 8-6 in the first round. "Jacarra played great her first match," said Sikeston coach Lynne DeWitt.
Lampkin then lost a hard-fought contest to Burcham in the semifinals 8-4.
