PORTAGEVILLE -- Dewey Paul Cash, 63, died Sept. 19, 2008, at the VA Hospital in Poplar Bluff.

Born July 10, 1945, in Kennett, to the late Dewey G. and Pauline Robbins Cash, he was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving from July 27, 1962 until July 29, 1966, and had retired from Noranda Aluminum.

Survivors include: his wife, Doris J. Cash of Portageville; two sons, Dewey Cash II and Jamey Cash of the state of Michigan; one brother, Ricky June Cash of Paragould, Ark.; two sisters, Glenda Carter of Henderson, Tenn., and Vicky Hayes of Kennett; and two grandchildren.

No services will be conducted.

DeLisle Funeral Home of Portageville is in charge of arrangements.
