Jill Bock, Staff Portageville's Soybean Festival is winding down. Thursday evening featured the Grand Parade with floats, bands and more. Among the participants was a future military leader, Gabriel Nolen, who had already garnered honors in the Tuesday evening kiddie parade, and his vehicle.
