Dennis R. Kindle

EAST PRAIRIE -- Dennis R. Kindle, 61, died at 1:28 a.m. Oct. 28, 2008, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born June 27, 1947, in the Bridges community, to the late Eddis and Edith Spencer Kindle, he lived most of his life in Mississippi County where he was a farmer.

On March 23, 1963, he married Nancy Ruth Cox, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two sons, David Kindle of Morehouse and Michael Stalnacker of Jefferson City; one daughter, Denise Parrish of Ballwin City, Kan.; two brothers, Edward Kindle of Mansfield and Kenny Kindle of East Prairie; four sisters, Millie Esterline of Tarpon Springs, Fla., Carolyn Kindle of Jasper, Ala., Debbie Kimble of Morehouse and Jancy Odle of Nashville, Tenn.; and 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Minna Lea "Minnie" Kindle.

Visitation is at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday with David Fambrough officiating.
