NEW MADRID -- Rose Anna Ransburgh, 90, died Nov. 10, 2008, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
Born June 11, 1918, in Lilbourn, to the late Lillie Ida Nelson and Samuel George Camp Sr., she was a member of the New Madrid Methodist Church and the Bridge Club.
She was first married to M. Foster Whitten Sr. and he preceded her in death. She later married Henry Clay Ransburgh Sr. and he preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Survivors include: four sons, M. Foster Whitten Jr. of Middletown, N.Y.; Dr. John Stephen Whitten of Cape Girardeau, Henry Clay Ransburgh of Columbia and Phillip Alan Ransburgh of New Madrid; and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Thursday at the New Madrid Methodist Church. The Rev. Jeff Long will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid.
