SCOTT CITY -- Jami Lynne Vaughan and Brian Thomas Obermann were united in marriage during a 1 p.m. ceremony Sept. 20, 2008, at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee. The Rev. Ralph Duffner officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Sheri Vaughan of Leopold and Mike and Diann Vaughan of Sikeston. Parents of the bridegroom are Thomas and Marti Obermann of Chaffee.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Diana Wills of St. Louis served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Angela Vaughan, Amy Beussink and Heather Ford of Cape Girardeau and Leandra Vaughan of Leopold.
Flower girls were Isabella Guzman, daughter of Francisco and Jessica Guzman of Sikeston; and Makayla Rodgers, daughter of Joey Looney and Jennifer Rodgers of Sikeston.
Erik Eftink of Chaffee was best man. Groomsmen were Dave Beussink, Josh Eftink and Chris Kirn of Cape Girardeau and Scot Enderle of Waukegan, Ill.
Ushers were Bryan Glosemeyer of Cape Girardeau, Michael Gosche of St. Louis, Craig Eftink of Chaffee and Derrick Welter of Kelso.
A reception followed at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Scott City.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Obermann are making their home in Scott City.
