Christmas is coming

Joy Whitten works on one of her Christmas trees as she prepares for the upcoming Annual Christmas Home Tour to benefit the Sikeston Depot. Her home also features handmade creche and a Gingerbread House Collection. The tour is scheduled from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Dec. 7. It addition to the home of Joy and John Whitten, 1020 N. Kingshighway, also featured in the tour will be the homes of Rene and LaDona DeKriek, 102 Wickerwood, and the Rev. Rick and Marie Anderson, 303 Dorothy St., as well as the Depot Museum. Tickets for the event are $10 each and are available Garden Lane Nursery, 804 S. Main St., The Flower Patch, 510 N. Main St., and the Depot Museum, 116 W. Malone Ave.
