Born March 14, 1919, at Bloomfield, to the late Curt and Rosa Harries Edwards, she had spent all her life in the Bloomfield community where she was a member of Hill's General Baptist Church.
On Jan. 17, 1937, she married Lester Paul Hyslop who preceded her in death on Sept. 21, 2007.
Survivors include: one son, John Hyslop of New Bloomfield; one daughter, Bonnie Lynn of Cullman, Ala.; one brother, Clarence Edwards of Bullhead City, Ariz.; and one grandson and one great-granddaughter.
Services were conducted Saturday at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield. The Rev. Steve Tippen officiated.
Burial followed in the Hills Cemetery near Bloomfield.
