CAPE GIRARDEAU -- The Sikeston Bulldogs won the Notre Dame Junior Varsity Basketball Tournament Saturday afternoon, knocking off Blytheville, Ark. 48-40.
Janeil Hatchett led the Bulldogs with 17 points while Corey Porter added 10.
Sikeston (3-0) jumped out to a 14-6 lead after one quarter and stretched their lead to 39-24 after three quarters.
The JV Bulldogs will be back in action tonight when they travel to Blytheville to take on the Chickasaws.
