Two receive promotions at Regions Bank

CAPE GIRARDEAU --Philip Moore has been promoted to commercial banking relationship manager at Regions Bank. An accomplished business leader and small business-banking specialist, he has more than 16 years of experience in the finance industry in the Cape Girardeau area.

Moore is a graduate from Cape Central High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University. He is currently serving as a member of the Leadership Cape Alumni Board. The Leadership Cape Alumni is an organization made up of leaders in the community that have successfully completed the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Cape Program. In February, he just fulfilled a three-year term on the Board of Governors for the Cape Girardeau Country Club where he is still an active member. He was the youngest member currently sitting on that board. He is also a member of the Cape Noon Optimist Club, very active with the Cape Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of the Cape Elks Lodge. He is also a member of Lynwood Baptist Church located in Cape Girardeau.

Also in February 2008, Moore was selected as one of the top "40 under 40." This recognition is for the top 40 business people under 40 years of age and it is an honor to be associated with this group of young leaders in the area.

His wife Suzan is also from the area and they have two young boys, Zachary, 6, and Connor, 3.

CAPE GIRARDEAU --Dom Mastropierro has been appointed branch sales manager of the N Kingshighway Regions Bank. He will be responsible for all consumer sales and operations, as well as building and growing relationships with small business customers within the Cape Girardeau community.

A 1997 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in management, he brings over 10 years of sales and management experience to Regions Bank, including five years of consumer and commercial lending. He is active in several community groups including the Cape Girardeau Jaycees, Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce, and also serves as a loaned executive for the United Way of Southeast Missouri.

A native of New Orleans, La., he has been married to his wife, Heather, since 2001 and they have two children, Christian and Adrianna. They currently reside in Jackson and are members of Immaculate Conception Church.
