Born Sept. 15, 1934, at Bernie, daughter of the late Joe and Betty Byrd Wilmath, she was a homemaker and a member of the White Oak Grove General Baptist Church of rural Bernie.
On Sept. 30, 1950, she married James Dale Jennings who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Larry Dale Jennings of St. Charles, Ill.; two daughters, Patricia Marchbanks of Barlett, Tenn., and Betty Jo Hux of Essex; two brothers, James Wilmath of Elburn, Ill., and Jerry Wilmath of the state of Michigan; two sisters, Linda Burger of Flint, Mich., and Peggy Estep of Holland, Mich.; and six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Leo Wilmath, and one grandson, Matthew James Jennings.
Visitation is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. until time of services at noon Friday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Bernie with the Rev. M.C. Moore officiating.
Burial will follow in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery in Dexter.
