KANKAKEE, Ill. -- Myra J. Lalumendier, 78, died Dec. 22, 2008, at her home.
Born May 24, 1930, in Chaffee, Mo., daughter of the late Edward O. and Jessie E. Myers Killian, she had worked at Shapiro Developmental Center and Riverside Hospital, both in Kankakee and also had worked at Brown She Factory in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was a member of the Gospel Assembly in Bourbonnais.
Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Lawrence W. and Cathy Lalumendier of Clifton and Larry and Brenda Campbell of Carlinville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Kenneth Bell of Kankakee and Wanda and Gerald Bell of Maryville; one brother, Max Killian of Pearland, Texas; and 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Her first husband, Samuel Badders, preceded her in death. She later married Lawrence Lalumendier, and he preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Dale A. Badders; her siblings, Oscar, Orangie, Norma, Franklin, James David and Freda Killian; twin siblings who died at birth; another sibling who died at birth; and one grandchild.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Friday at Gospel Assembly Church in Bourbonnais.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
