Born Feb. 22, 1924, at Portageville, to the late Benjamin Conley and Icie Elizabeth Todd Wrather, she attended Scott and Portageville Schools. In 1971, she graduated from Career Girl Beauty College in Michigan. In 1976, she returned to Portageville and later moved in 2007 to Casper, Wyo. She was of the Baptist belief.
On Aug. 2, 1941, at Blytheville, Ark., she married Brannon R.C. Holt.
Survivors include: one son, Brannon Holt Jr. of Rochester Hill, Mich.; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Kaye Reed of Casper, Jackie and Richard Janus of Port Richey, Fla., and Roberta Dene and Michael Flannery of Royal Oak, Mich.; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two special nieces, Rebecca Anne Lewis of Portageville and Icie Ermine Simpson of Kennett.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters, Audra R. "A.R." Wrather, Bennie Mae Keith, DeWitt Conley "D.C." Wrather, Velma M. Frazier, Agnes Pauline Wiggins, John Kolan "J.K." Wrather, Samuel Mason Wrather, James O'Dell Wrather and Earlin Todd "Dude" Wrather.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Saturday at the DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville. Dr. Buck Morton will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
