Born Jan. 10, 1934, in St. Louis, to the late Melvin and Ruth Huber Fetters, she was a homemaker. In 1971, she moved to St. Clair where she was a member of the First Baptist Church.
On Aug. 10, 1957, in St. Louis, she married James Lee Duncan who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Charles Cameron and Nancy Summers of Mayflower, Ark.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl Kay and Thomas Richardson of Richwoods and Rhonda Lynn and Steve Gilchrist of Rolla; one brother, Melvin Fetters of New Braunfles, Texas; one sister, Rita Green of Springfield; and eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Joy Fetters.
Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. today at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Orville Richardson of St. Clair will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter.
