Three in Sikeston face drug charges

BENTON - Three Sikeston residents face charges after a search warrant was served at a residence at Crowder.

Elizabeth Scowden, 39, and Jack Hargraves Jr. 41, are charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bond for Scowden is $10,000 cash or surety while Hargraves' bond is $1,500 cash only. Jamie White, 31, is charged with unlawful use of a firearm and has a bond set at $5,000 cash or surety.

During the search items were found which are used in the production of methamphetamine, according to Sheriff Rick Walter. Also a power which tested positive for meth was found at the scene, the sheriff said.
