Charleston holds on to defeat Notre Dame

CHARLESTON -- For 32 minutes the Charleston Bluejays and the Notre Dame Bulldogs played their hearts out, but in the end it was the Bulldogs who went home suffering defeat as the Bluejays defended their nest, winning 56-52.

The first few minutes showed each team exchanging the lead but at the end of the first quarter the visiting Notre Dame squad led 13-10.
