Unfortunately, waiting for their return was the Scott County Central Braves who ran away with a 94-58 win over the Eagles.
"We played a lot better tonight than we did against Kelly," Braves head coach Ronnie Cookson said. "New Madrid has got a lot of talent. They're well coached and are just strong kids. I thought we really came out and played well."
