SIKESTON -- Within the first two hours of opening Tuesday, the Multi-Agency Resource Center set up in Sikeston helped 122 local residents who were in need of assistance following the recent ice storm.
Organizers expect even more residents of Scott, New Madrid and other surrounding counties to utilize the resource center, which is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and Thursday at the Clinton Building in Sikeston.
