SIKESTON -- Pallbearers for services conducted today at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel for LaVerne V. Yates, 93, who died Feb. 7, 2009, were: Stan Bandermann, Bob Patterson, Jim Leigh, David Couch, Katlin Yates, John Cooper and Hunter Yates.

Honorary pallbearers were members of the First Baptist Church Fidelis Sunday school class.
