High winds add to power woes for Southeast Missouri residents

SIKESTON -- High winds created power problems Wednesday afternoon, just days after several had their electricity restored.

Just after noon, a big portion of Sikeston Board of Municipal Utilities customers lost power when the southeast and northeast substations and several circuits were shut down.
