EAST PRAIRIE -- Charles Edward Skelton, 69, died at 2:25 a.m. Feb. 17, 2009, in the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral arrangements are with the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
