POPLAR BLUFF -- Ernest Ernie Wayland Fowler, small businessman and local entrepreneur joined God in Heaven at the age of 78, on Feb. 19, 2009 at 10:40 p.m. surrounded by his family and their love.

Funeral arrangements are with the Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff.
