EAST PRAIRIE -- Mary E. Masters, 91, formerly of Charleston, died at 4:45 p.m. March 6, 2009, at the East Prairie Nursing Center.

Arrangements are incomplete with McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston and will be announced later.
