PERKINS -- Arthur "Art" Keys, 72, died at 2:53 p.m. March 13, 2009, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral arrangements are with the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
