ANNISTON -- Shirley C. "Tommy" Jackson Sr., 80, died at 3:21 p.m. March 29, 2009, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Arrangements are incomplete with Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
