Clayton Powell (left) acts as the scheming Prime Minister and tries to convince the Emperor (portrayed by Ben Jones) to choose a suit of clothing during a rehearsal of "New Clothes for the Emperor." Looking on is Goldie Wren as the Princess, the Emperor's daughter, who is trying to convince him not to choose any new clothing. Kneeling is Carmen Abate as a tailor showing the Emperor clothes. Kelly High School Drama Club will present the play at 7 p.m. today and Friday in the high school gymnasium. Tickets are $3 for adults and $2 for students and available at the door. Director Valerie Eubanks said the two-act comedy is suitable for all ages.
