SIKESTON -- Operation "Rotten Egg," a spring warrant round up conducted by Sikeston DPS with several other agencies, was hatched around 6 a.m. Tuesday.
In the last few weeks, Sikeston Detectives gathered over 40 Scott County indictments to be served. The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Drug Enforcement Agency, Drug Task Force, Scott County Sheriff's Department and Missouri's Army National Guard "Raid One" helicopter all participated in the effort. When the event concluded, the arrest teams had taken around 25 wanted subjects into custody.
