Kelly upsets East Prairie; Charleston moves on

CHARLESTON -- The Kelly Hawks will advance to the semifinals of the Class 2 District 3 Tournament, as they downed the East Prairie Eagles 7-3 Monday in Charleston.

Kelly received a big boost Monday from the pitcher-catcher duo of Levi Felter and Josh DeBrock. Felter picked up the win on the mound allowing the potent Eagle offense only three runs on nine hits. DeBrock was 2-for-3 at the plate with four RBIs, in addition to solid work behind the plate.
