Making more space

Sikeston Department of Public Works employee Dan Marshall moves a pile of limbs to a burning fire on Friday. DPW employees have cleared space for the annual Spring Clean-Up Campaign, which began Saturday and runs through June 14. The Compost Site, located off Compress Road, will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the disposal of large bulky items, rubbish and yard waste (no grass clippings permitted).
