Man allegedly fled from his work assignment

CHARLESTON -- A Southeast Correctional Center inmate was reported missing from a work release assignment on Monday.

According to a news release from the Correctional Center, at approximately 11:30 a.m. the offender, David Hill, was reported missing from an assignment on Route O in Kennett.
